Admirer Terms

We do not offer a "recurring" type of membership, so there is no need to cancel to ensure that you will not be charged again. At the end of your membership time, you will be sent an email and can decide whether you wish to renew or not. If not, do nothing and your membership will simply expire. Your will not be charged again.
We reserve the right to deny, suspend or revoke any person's membership or application at any time, for any reason.
Memberships or applications that are denied, suspended or revoked, or cancelled by the admirer, will not be refunded, regardless of the amount of time that may be left on the membership.
Accounts will be fully deleted when a request for a "hard delete" is made.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions are intended to protect the user, as well as Aphrodite Collection. Please read the Agreement carefully and be sure you understand it before accessing www.AphroditeCollection.com.

Acceptance

You must agree to all the Terms of this Agreement before using the website. You accept and agree to these Terms by accessing or using www.AphroditeCollection.com.

We are very selective in whom we allow into the Aphrodite Collection Network, with both providers and clients held to the highest standards in the industry.

By holding a AC account, you agree to the following:

• You are above the age of 21
• All photos uploaded are actual photos of you and you retain the rights to use those photos.
• You will check your email and AC inbox regularly for Requests and will answer them in a timely fashion.
• You will participate in the network by approving Okays for client who were "ok" during your meeting.
• You will participate in the network by denying Okays to clients where were not "ok" during the meeting.

Your AC account will be suspended or revoked if:

• You make a false or exaggerated report on any client.
• You "out" another member of the community (client or provider)
• You with hold Okays for reasons other than client was not "ok" (for a review, for another session, because you don't feel like giving Okays, etc.)
• We receive complaints about your behavior.
• You develop a bad reputation in the community.
• Your reviews start to be more negative than positive.
• You upload misleading or false photos/li>
• You fail to report a serious problem with a AC member to staff immediately/li>
• You share your AC login information with anyone else, without prior approval/li>
• You share a client’s id with another person, or post it on another site, without notifying us first/li>
• You allow an unauthorized person to view private member information/li>
• You look up a AC client member for someone other than yourself/li>

Client members are held to the same standard of behavior. You are expected to let us know of you have any problems, just as the clients are expected to let us know if they have any problems with a AC provider.

As a Aphrodite Collection provider, you are encouraged to do as much additional screening as is necessary to keep yourself safe. While AC is an important tool to use in your screening process, we cannot make any guarantee on any of our members, client or provider. However, we are diligent in screening all applicants and do not want any problem clients or providers in our network.

Revisions

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time and all changes are effective immediately upon posting. You agree to check this page for any changes or updates regularly.

Age Restrictions

As a condition of using www.AphroditeCollection.com, you affirm that you are over the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you are located. This website is for ADULTS ONLY and any indication that there has been any underage access or use of the website will be immediately reported to the authorities.

We do our best to make sure that only legitimate and reputable members of the community hold an account on Aphrodite Collection, but we cannot be held liable for any disputes or difficulties that may arise if you decide to contact another person listed on the site. Aphrodite Collection does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any advertisement, communication, or member found on the website. Materials found on the website could be inaccurate, incomplete, or dishonest.

Without prior written permission, content found on www.AphroditeCollection.com may not be duplicated, displayed, or distributed for any reason.

Law Enforcement

Aphrodite Collection will not disclose customer or advertiser information without the customer/advertiser's express consent except as required to comply with a legal process issued by a court in our jurisdiction.

Under no circumstances do we condone illegal activities in a user's jurisdiction, including prostitution and/or human trafficking.

Rights and Obligations

Your use of this site is for personal purposes only, and all other uses are strictly prohibited. Aphrodite Collection does not encourage or condone illegal activity. Your use of this website is for entertainment purposes only and you are expected to follow the laws in your jurisdiction as a condition of using Aphrodite Collection.

Limitation of Liability

You access and use www.AphroditeCollection.com at your own risk. You are responsible for any loss of data or damage that may arise from your use of Aphrodite Collection. You can best protect yourself by limiting the amount of information you share. Aphrodite Collection is not responsible for, nor can we control, how others may handle any information which you have given them. Indemnification

You may not use Aphrodite Collection for any purpose contrary to the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. You agree to hold Aphrodite Collection harmless for any liability that may arise for your violation of any law. You also agree to hold Aphrodite Collection harmless should any third-party be harmed by your actions or you be harmed by a third-party.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain. If there is a dispute between the parties arising out of or otherwise relating to this Agreement, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute. You acknowledge and consent to the jurisdiction of Spain and agree that the venue for all dispute resolution shall be within Spain.
