These Terms & Conditions are intended to protect the user, as well as Aphrodite Collection. Please read the Agreement carefully and be sure you understand it before accessing www.AphroditeCollection.com.
You must agree to all the Terms of this Agreement before using the website. You accept and agree to these Terms by accessing or using www.AphroditeCollection.com.
We are very selective in whom we allow into the Aphrodite Collection Network, with both companions and admirers held to the highest standards in the industry.
We accept applications from Companions who have been vouched by a Aphrodite Collection Admirer member who is in good standing in our community. Companions are required to submit verification images during their time as a member, both for proof of age and for security reasons. These images are retained as long as the account exists. We do not engage in "recurring" payments, so there is no need to cancel to ensure that you will not be charged again after purchasing points. We reserve the right to deny, suspend or revoke any person's account at any time, for any reason. Accounts will be fully deleted when a request for a "hard delete" is made.
By holding a Aphrodite Collection account, you agree to the following:
Your Aphrodite Collection account will be suspended or revoked if:
Admirer members are held to the same standard of behavior. You are expected to let us know of you have any problems, just as the admirer are expected to let us know if they have any problems with a Aphrodite Collection companion member.
As a Aphrodite Collection companion member you are encouraged to do as much additional screening as is necessary to keep yourself safe. While Aphrodite Collection is an important tool to use in your screening process, we cannot make any guarantee on any of our members, admirer or companion. However, we are diligent in screening all applicants and do not want any problem admirer or companion in our network.
We do not offer a "recurring" type of membership, so there is no need to cancel to ensure that you will not be charged again. At the end of your membership time, you will be sent an email and can decide whether you wish to renew or not. If not, do nothing and your membership will simply expire. We reserve the right to deny, suspend or revoke any person's membership or application at any time, for any reason. Memberships or applications that are denied, suspended or revoked, or cancelled by the admirer, will not be refunded, regardless of the amount of time that may be left on the membership. Accounts will be fully deleted when a request for a "hard delete" is made.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time and all changes are effective immediately upon posting. You agree to check this page for any changes or updates regularly.

This website is for ADULTS ONLY and any indication that there has been any underage access or use of the website will be immediately reported to the authorities.

We do our best to make sure that only legitimate and reputable members of the community hold an account on Aphrodite Collection, but we cannot be held liable for any disputes or difficulties that may arise if you decide to contact another person listed on the site. Aphrodite Collection does not guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any advertisement, communication, or member found on the website. Materials found on the website could be inaccurate, incomplete, or dishonest.
Without prior written permission, content found on www.AphroditeCollection.com may not be duplicated, displayed, or distributed for any reason.
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree that all rewards are subject to verification and approval of the referred member. Referral points are granted only once all required steps, including identity verification, have been successfully completed. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used within the platform. Any attempt to misuse the program (including self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity) may result in disqualification and removal of rewards, as well as account action where applicable. The platform reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, and to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these terms.
Aphrodite Collection will not disclose customer or advertiser information without the customer/advertiser's express consent except as required to comply with a legal process issued by a court in our jurisdiction.
Under no circumstances do we condone illegal activities in a user's jurisdiction, including prostitution and/or human trafficking.
Your use of this site is for personal purposes only, and all other uses are strictly prohibited. Aphrodite Collection does not encourage or condone illegal activity. Your use of this website is for entertainment purposes only and you are expected to follow the laws in your jurisdiction as a condition of using Aphrodite Collection.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain. If there is a dispute between the parties arising out of or otherwise relating to this Agreement, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute. You acknowledge and consent to the jurisdiction of Spain and agree that the venue for all dispute resolution shall be within Spain.
